Our Story
Apex Design and Construction was founded in 2024 by Engr. Lyon Dominic Trillanes and Engr. Francheska Castaneda, two Filipino civil engineers who share a vision of delivering reliable, well-designed, and high-quality construction services. Built on a foundation of technical expertise and a passion for building, Apex was established to provide clients with a seamless experience from planning and design to construction and project completion.
As Operations Director, Engr. Lyon Dominic Trillanes oversees project execution, site operations, and construction management, ensuring that every project is carried out efficiently and according to the highest standards. Managing Director Engr. Francheska Castañeda leads the company's overall direction, focusing on strategic growth, client relations, and project development.
Together, they built Apex with the goal of creating a company that values quality workmanship, professional integrity, and client-centered service. Today, Apex continues to grow as a trusted partner for residential, commercial, and renovation projects, delivering spaces that are thoughtfully designed and built to last.
